How do I return an order that includes free gifts?Updated 7 months ago

Any promotional or free gifts received with your order must be returned in their original condition along with the purchased items. This includes promotions where free gifts were offered when an order exceeded a certain value (e.g. Golden Week promotion). 

If applicable gifts are not returned, their value may be deducted from your refund or billed separately.
