Changing or Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order or make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible by email and we’ll do our best to assist. However, if your order has already been dispatched, we won’t be able to make any changes or cancel it.

Updating an Incorrect Shipping Address

If you entered an incorrect shipping address at checkout, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist if the order has not yet shipped. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address.
