Why is a National ID or Tax ID required for some returns?Updated 6 months ago

When creating returns from the following destinations, customers may be required to provide a National ID/Tax Identification number for customs clearance. If applicable, our returns portal will prompt you to enter this information before creating your label. This requirement is set by local customs authorities and helps ensure your return is processed smoothly without delays.

If you do not have the required information, you can still choose to return the item using the ‘Own Label’ option. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost, delayed or returned parcels sent using the Own Label option.
