How do I start a return?Updated 6 hours ago

We want you to love your new purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return any unworn, unwashed and unused items within 30 days of delivery, provided all original tags are still attached.

We currently do not offer exchanges. Items may be returned for a refund.

Please note that original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

To start a return:

U.S. Orders: Returns Portal 

• Enter your order number and email
• Select the item(s) you wish to return
• Your return label (if eligible) will be emailed to you
• Pack your item securely and drop it off at your chosen FedEx location

Refunds

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method once your return is received and processed.

• Postage will be deducted from refund amount (if applicable)
• Please allow up to 7 business days for returns to be processed once we receive them back and 1-5 business days of bank processing time. This is down to your bank or card issuer and is out of our control.

Please also note:

• Goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received back by us
• Earrings and perfume cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• If you have purchased a twin pack, such as the Brando or Andersen, both items must be returned together. If only one item is returned, the full individual retail price will be charged for the item retained.
