Most of our orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, unless stated otherwise below. This means that any applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, helping to ensure a smooth delivery experience with no unexpected charges upon arrival.

Orders shipped to the following destinations are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis:

• Bermuda
• Colombia
• Kuwait
• Nigeria
• Norway
• South Africa
• Thailand

For DDU shipments, any duties, taxes, or import charges applied when the order enters the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
